お花おにぎり
材料(4個)
ごはん··················································· 200g
卵·························································· 2個
砂糖・塩各············································ 少々
ハム······················································· 1枚
スライスチーズ····································· 1枚
たらこ・枝豆········································· 各少々
作り方
① ボウルに卵を入れてほぐし、砂糖と塩を加えて混ぜる。
② 耐熱皿にNEWクレラップをたるまないようにかけ、❶の1/4量を流し入れ電子レンジ(500W)で約20秒加熱し薄焼き卵を作る。(計4枚)
③ ハム、スライスチーズを型で抜く。
④ NEWクレラップにたらこまたは枝豆をのせ囲むように❸を花形に並べて❷と4等分にしたごはんを乗せて包む。

材料(4個)
【赤色】
ごはん··················································· 120g
ゆかり··················································· 小さじ1/2
カリカリ梅(みじん切り)··················· 1個
【黄色】
ごはん··················································· 120g
カレー粉················································ 小さじ1/3
コーン(粗みじん切り)······················· 20g(大さじ1)
バター···················································· 小さじ1/2
【緑色】
ごはん··················································· 120g
枝豆(粗みじん切り)·························· 20g(10~15粒)
青のり··················································· 小さじ1
作り方
① それぞれごはんと具材を混ぜ合わせる。
② NEWクレラップを敷き、 ❶のそれぞれ4等分にしたものを乗せ丸める。
③ NEWクレラップをはずして3種を並べ串に刺す。
